Will founded the business in 1997 and is as heavily involved today as he was back then. You will still see him planting trees, cleaning toilets and re-arranging the tables but his vision is still the driving force behind The Tythe Barn.
Emma has moved on from her 'chaotic' days of juggling the running of the office - whilst entertaining baby Deeley chuckling in the door bouncer- to her more 'creative' role of designing the new brochures and website and adding a more feminine touch to the Barn! She is often working tirelessly in the background on projects that her husband will later enjoy taking all the credit for!
Karen QuilterAdmin Queen
We are delighted that Karen manages our office at The Tythe Barn. Her role is to oversee the administrative side of the business and to hopefully be a great foil to Will's inability to sit still at his desk! Karen does an amazing job, is great at keeping things organised and in order and the office is often filled with the sounds of laughter. Unfortunately, she does have dodgy feet but we wont go there!
Sandy WilliamsMrs Moneypenny
Sandy has the envied role of sorting out the financial side of the business and is an absolute pleasure to work alongside. Her friendly and gentle approach brings a much-needed calm to the office or more specifically - Will’s office!
Jackie has been working at The Tythe Barn for a number of years and is responsible for running many of our functions. Her warm approach and caring nature has made her a popular member of the team and her vast experience in event management has ensured her success in her present role. She will definitely 'brighten up' your day!
Laura FreethFunction Manager
Laura has a wealth of experience as a function manager and is a super talented member of our team at the barn - with many strings to her bow. Laura is fantastic at running our events but she is also a dab hand at massage and reflexology and has a keen eye for vintage style and fashion. Laura is kind, gentle and brilliant at adapting to whatever an event might throw at her so you are definitely in great hands!!
Phil BrownTop trump of all trades
Beverage manager, groundsman, handyman, DIY specialist and occasional Agony Aunt - what more can we say? Phil continues to blossom at the barn and is a valued member of the team. Everybody needs ‘A Phil’.
The Clean Sweep BrigadeHygiene Operatives
They are a brilliant, dedicated and loyal team who are vital to the smooth running of the business. They always arrive with smiles on their faces at silly o’clock in the morning and work tirelessly around the barn whilst the majority of us lay tucked up in our beds. We could not do without them!

Vicki is the whizz behind much of what goes out on our Social Media platforms so if you are into your Insta or love a dose of Pinterest then you've probably already enjoyed some of her regular posts! Social Media can be mind-boggling but with her calm, organised approach and thirst for what's 'trending' - Vicki is our girl!!!
