The Main Barn

Bright and airy thatched 14th Century barn offering two and a half thousand square foot of space with a huge dose of character from the part yet well-equipped for today’s business. Lighting, Bose sound system, large electronic projector, high speed internet.

The Cowshed

Situated adjoining the Main Barn, The Cowshed is the little sister – smaller, cuter and incredibly adaptable – featuring timber beams, floor-to-ceiling glass and 76sqm of space. Formerly an exposed area for animal feeding, the building has since been transformed into a welcoming space for independent working or more intimate meetings. Park yourself by one of the fires (and power sockets) and wait for your productivity levels to shoot through the thatch. Or, grab yourself a desk by the window and fight off the temptation to gaze at the dreamy gardens. Warning – members may get distracted by the scent of warm dough as the built-in pizza oven kicks into action late afternoon for some post-work grazing.

The Hovel

Co-working just got a whole lot cooler with The Hovel. Both flexible and adaptable this little corner of Tythe Works allows you to work in the prettiest of settings against the backdrop of our impressive gardens. Whether alone, or for meetings of up to eight, just pull up a seat, snuggle in and switch on.

The Nook

As the name suggests The Nook is a secluded spot tucked away from the action. Comprised of two beautifully designed rooms that work together as adjoining spaces or independently. Whether you’re after a private space for your team brainstorm, a backdrop for a client presentation or just a cosy hideaway to gather your thoughts  – The Nook has got you covered.  The style is rustic clad walls meets swanky sofas and chandeliers. Tone it down for a meeting or camp it up for some luxurious pampering or treatments darling!

Meeting Rooms

Each of our spaces at the Barn can be hired as private meeting rooms, whether you’re after a quiet to brainstorm as a team for an hour, or you require a presentation space for the full day, we’ve got you covered.

The Farm

The energy of Tythe Works flows through to the outdoors and will be liberating for all those craving fresh air and head space and needing to escape the boredom of the office walls or the restrictions of working from home in your joggers! Numerous secluded spots around the gardens offer a place to take time out, to breathe, make a call or grab lunch. Better still, we’ve dreamed up the brilliant Tythe Trails – a fun way for its members to grab an energy fix whilst embracing the outdoors. With varying levels and routes mapped out around the farm and adjacent fields, block out some ‘me time’ and walk, run or seek out the house binoculars for a bit of nature-spotting while walking your pooch (well behaved dogs welcome!)

Ensuring it’s not all work and no play, come 5pm the outdoor wood burners will begin throwing out some gentle heat and with sheepskin-covered benches and baskets of woollen throws to cosy up to, it’s the perfect opportunity to wind down with a swift post-work G&T at the bar or to entertain a client. Hungry? Members can also invite pre-booked guests in after 5pm for dinner, with a menu that includes wood-fired pizzas and cocktails.
