The Farmhouse
Surrounded by sweeping lawns and the Oxfordshire countryside beyond, this seven-double bedroom manor house has stylish interiors, a laid-back vibe and plenty of space. Enter through its cobblestone porch as our home becomes yours for the ultimate get-together with family and friends. Whether you’re catching up around the giant farmhouse kitchen table or competing on the tennis court, choose an entire weekend, a mid-week celebration or a swanky one-night sleepover.
Check in & spread out
The Farmhouse has been redesigned for our wedding guests and sits just a short walk from the Thatched Barn and gardens. Allowing for time together in a peaceful setting, guests can enjoy sink-into sofas, open fires, garden games, a hot tub and the ‘Night Cap’ Bar. Breakfast is taken care of during your stay whilst a stroll across our farm may settle any sore heads before your departure.

Modern living meets historic charm
Sleeping 14, The Farmhouse offers seven double ensuite bedrooms including a Honeymoon Suite, a Groom’s Suite, large reception room, library, a dining room, vast country kitchen, open fires, a tennis court, an outdoor, wood-fuelled hot tub plus an adjacent ensuite Shepherd’s Hut with double bed, kitchenette, wood-burner and ensuite. The Honeymoon Suite benefits from an adjacent spacious Dressing Room with Champagne Bar whilst the Groom’s Suite has ample space for ushers and boasts double aspect windows a huge open fireplace and pool table. The Farmhouse kitchen can accommodate all 16 residents with additional guests on request – up to a maximum of 30.

Need-to-know
The Farmhouse is a grown-up playground but we welcome children of house guests. Sadly, no pets at the house as we are a working farm. Included in your stay – bed linen, towels, bathroom amenities, Smart TV, sound system, WiFi internet, logs and kindling to get you started, tea and coffee in the bedrooms and kitchen basics. Additional housekeeping is available on request.
A note about sustainability
We know small steps can make a big difference – so you and your guests will discover a carefully curated collection of antique finds and thoughtfully sourced pieces including ceramics made by local artisans and soft furnishings chosen for their sustainability credentials. Many of the rugs and textiles throughout The Farmhouse are made from recycled plastic bottles and we are proud to champion all things British.
