Simple, honest, understated elegance.
A little about us
Tythe combines a collection of beautifully restored Cotswold barns and an impressive 17th Century Farmhouse set at the heart of ‘Manor Farm’ – working farm of the Deeley’s. Founded in 1998 by Will and Emma Deeley, when they converted the first lambing barn, today it is synonymous with their passion for creativity and entertaining. The setting enjoys a rural location yet just 10 minutes from junction 9 of the M40 and accessible to two mainline stations with direct routes to London and Birmingham. There’s also space to land a helicopter!
We’re passionate about hosting an eclectic mix of celebrations and events.
We value attention to detail, high standards of customer service and nurturing a team who love what they do. Many of our values are deeply rooted in the land and in protecting the environment which has led to an impressive list of eco-friendly credentials and an approach that is always simple, honest and down-to-earth.
We’re a friendly bunch, come and visit us and explore all we have to offer!

“The Farmhouse – where to begin. This was such a great part of our experience and really helped to make the wedding morning relaxing. It was so nice to spend extra time with our family and friends and The Farmhouse itself is absolutely stunning. From the bath tubs, to the grounds, to the hot tub, bridal prep area, champagne bar, stunning kitchen area, every little bit of it has been so carefully thought through and nothing missed.”
