A beautiful Friday in August last year and the perfect summers day for Kate and Tom’s wedding. It all kicked-off with a morning in The Nook for Kate who spent those first few special moments of her day getting ready with her bridesmaids who were wearing the most adorable sage green dresses from Etsy and not forgetting the cutest little flower girls all dressed in white with the prettiest gypsophila flower crowns.
Kate and Tom had put a huge amount of thought into all the details for their day and knew exactly what they wanted, the delicately chosen colour scheme was a dream from the sage green bridesmaids dresses to the dusky pink and cream flowers with added stems of gorgeous green foliage and the soft sage, pink & ivory theme for the cake by Nordic Kitchen stories – it all tied in brilliantly together. They were lucky to be blessed with some glorious summer sunshine which allowed for the barn doors to be open wide letting the outdoors in for the wedding breakfast – well who doesn’t love a bit of alfresco dining!
From the gorgeous flower arrangements by The Flower Story to sunset strolls and the best sparkler send-off – this really was a summer wedding to inspire. Grab a glass of something and enjoy!
