The Knot

This loved and trusted bridal media brand channels more than twenty-five years of wedding planning expertise into your wedding website. Far from simply helping you deliver vital information, dates and timings to guests, it will also help you plan your wedding vision, manage your budget, get automatic RSVP tracking to save hours chasing missing responses and build a wish-list of wedding gifts. You can choose from a huge selection of different looks, but we think the Romantic Wisteria, Rustic Wreath, Delicate Wildflower or Illuminated Trees designs are perfect for a Tythe wedding. Once you’ve chosen the design you can pick invitations to match for a brilliantly co-ordinated start to your celebrations.

Minted

For a small fee you can book a digital session with a member of their Wedding Concierge team who will get you started, help upload content and offer plenty of tips on how to make the site feel uniquely about the two of you. You can also pay for a custom URL for an extra personal touch. Minted has hundreds of designs created by independent artists so the look and feel is very bespoke from the beginning. There are lots of layout options and the ability to make design changes as you go should the wedding style take a swerve mid-planning process. Joy

Choose the design you love then start customising immediately with your favourite themes, colours, fonts and photos. There is a cute couple Q&A that allows you to share your story from first meet to wedding day, a detailed multi-day itinerary setting, a tool for guest car sharing and accommodation recommendations plus a FAQ section so you can avoid being asked the same thing 100 different ways. Best of all, a place to share pictures and intros to your wedding party people and a mobile app so you can keep everyone informed on the go.

Zola

The perfect choice for anyone on a budget because it is entirely free. It also claims to be foolproof so also ideal for the less tech-savvy. With designs that perfectly match Tythe’s own colour palette of greens, chalky pinks and natural creams, plus lots of floral and botanical options, you’re in good hands here. We particularly love the muted Vintage designs. Zola has all the functionality you would expect, plus you can also upload video content which may be the perfect way to connect with distant relatives before the big day.

Hitched

This one is also free and can, they say, be set up in a matter of minutes. You simply choose your favourite design and off you go. We love that it allows guests to upload their own images to your wedding album as well as make their menu choices. You’ll appreciate the ultimate wedding checklist to ensure no detail is missed, the supplier manager that allows you to keep in touch with all the important people behind your big day and the interactive seating chart planner where you drag names from the guest list into their seats and rearrange the position of the tables creating the perfect floor plan. This can be shared in advance of the wedding to allow guests to research their wedding breakfast neighbours.

The excellent basic package for up to 85 guests is free while the cost for the very highest premium package is a one off £55 charge. But pay this and you can have unlimited guest numbers, digital invitations and a seating planner to make everything super slick and easy.
