Gather together for Christmas at Tythe, where the glow of candlelight, the warmth of the fire and the soft winter light of the Oxfordshire countryside set the scene for an evening entirely your own.
For groups of 60 guests or more, take over our 14th-century Barn for an intimate and atmospheric celebration. Arrive to a glass of something sparkling before settling into the warmth of the Barn, where beautifully dressed tables await and the evening unfolds around an exquisite seasonal feast.
Our award-winning catering team will serve a two-course Christmas dinner, with succulent seasonal dishes, rich winter flavours and all the trimmings. As the last plates are cleared and the evening deepens, the music begins. A live DJ takes over, inviting guests from the table to the dance floor and carrying the celebration late into the night.
Beyond the Barn, the estate offers its own quiet pleasures. Wander beneath the winter trees, pause beside the fire or step outside into the cool evening air before returning to the warmth and glow within.
