Tythe’s Venue Showround Day
Friday 11th September 2026
13:30 – 18:00pm
Spend an afternoon exploring Tythe and discover the spaces that could become the setting for your wedding day.
Tucked away in the Oxfordshire countryside, our exclusive-use estate is home to beautifully restored 14th-century barns, a 17th-century farmhouse and gardens made for long summer afternoons. Lovingly owned and run by the Deeley family for over 500 years, Tythe is a place where old and new sit comfortably together, and where weddings are made to feel entirely your own.
Come and wander through the barns, explore the gardens and discover the spaces that could become part of your day. From intimate ceremonies beneath weathered oak beams and outdoor vows amongst the flowers, to long lunches, feasting tables and evenings spent around crackling fires, there’s plenty to play with.
Stay for a night or make a weekend of it. Get ready together in the Farmhouse, gather everyone around the table, spill out onto the lawns for cocktails and croquet, then retreat to cosy corners as the evening draws in. Think Champagne in the sunshine, candlelit dinners, wood-fired pizza and dancing long after dark, all with the Oxfordshire countryside as your backdrop.
There’s a reason couples come to Tythe looking for something beyond the traditional wedding venue. It’s the freedom to celebrate differently, the space to stay together, and the feeling that, for a little while, the estate is entirely yours.
Our team will be here throughout the afternoon to show you around, answer your questions and talk through the possibilities for your wedding, from the first arrival to the last dance.
Please note: this showcase is exclusively for couples considering a 2028 wedding, with viewings available for the 2028 season only.
Appointments are limited and advance registration is essential.
