The Setting
Tythe combines a collection of beautifully restored barns and an impressive 17th century Farmhouse which together provide a fresh and exciting workplace. The estate is set in the Oxfordshire countryside but located only minutes from junction 9 of the M40 and two mainline train stations, there’s also space to land a helicopter. Our two main barns provide a combined 263.52sqm of space while the 17th Century farmhouse offers seven double ensuite bedrooms alongside a Shepherd’s Hut for two and tennis court. Rich in style, design and personality, Tythe is available to hire exclusively and has been designed to offer a stimulating environment for meetings, conferences, team building, private dinners and product launches. It’s located at the very heart of the Deeley farm, has been owned by the same family for over 500 years and can be adapted to suit a variety of purposes. Our approach
We appreciate the desire to escape the office environment for something more refreshing, inspiring and motivational. We’re all about balance and today’s digital overload needs to be offset with valuable screen-free time. Tell the team to add trainers to their kit list for a trail challenge across our fields. Brainstorm in our orchard or debrief with pizzas from our wood oven. When the sun goes down over the farmyard, it’s time for a BBQ cooked on our converted sheep feeder, cocktails beneath the festoon lights, an energising game of tennis or a soak in the wood-fuelled hot tub.
Sustainability
We are very aware of our responsibility towards the environment and we have implemented a number of measures to reduce our carbon footprint and give back to the local community that we’re so much a part of. Our approach to sustainability is a fundamental part of how we operate, and we are constantly seeking new ways to be greener and more socially responsible whilst running a successful business.
